Skullsplitter to face the axe...

I was so appalled after reading this article that I had to post it.  Apparently last september Skullsplitter Ale was singled out in a UK report on beer company branding because "it's name implies violence and also the impact the strength may have on the drinker."  So there was a chance it might be withdrawn from sale in the UK, and since the brewery's in Scotland it could have been shelved altogether.  Luckily it was decided that it was within guidelines and ruled in the brewery's favor.  Thank God.  In other news they have a beer called "dragonhead" that I need to find.
