Anyway, 711 guys; I was looking through this ARPM bill and I think I noticed what went wrong. Here is what happened: We got every single rent payment in on time (except for a few that were a few days late... no biggie) so that shouldn't be the issue BUT, the idiot accountant at ARPM decided that she would include our maintenance fees into our Rent Owed. So, we owed about 500 dollars in maintenance fees, and when we all payed our MAY '08 RENT, she just decided to make Louie's May check a payment for the maintenance fees as opposed to the rent... this would end up making us one check short and when Lou ended up paying the June rent on May 21st, the idiot thought that he was paying the May rent 3 weeks late. So, basically, because Lou paid the rent early, the lady thought it was late because all she did was look at what was owed and not who paid what and when and the mistake just ended up compounding on itself. To confirm this, I counted and we paid 24 months rent.... all four of us accounted for 24 one-month payments of rent. So, in all, DONT SEND THE MONEY TO ARPM!!!! I am going to call them tomorrow and let them know I am writing a protest to the 157.68 that they say they owe us. In all, they actually owe us $202.32, or somewhere around there because 3 charges (late fees of 100 and 110 dollars along with a nonpayment fee of 150 dollars) were charged unlawfully to our account.

Yo email me the lease since I'm getting an invoice of all the end of the year maintenance fees, just in case some of them are "upkeep" and not our fault.
