Just checkin in with you fuckers. My first week of med school is complete... and I start back up tomorrow. It isnt too bad so far; I have class from like 8-5 almost every day, then I study for 2 or 3 hrs a night. Janelle actually does more work outside of class than I do. The classes are actually pretty interesting... we dont have to learn too much bullshit like we did at PSU. Except for this one class, which is called ethnocultural medicine. Its pretty much a race relations class that tells us we need to be "aware and sensitive" of other cultures and their beliefs. Actually, the teachers are black so its really how african americans have been oppressed for so long and we need to do something about it. **** I am watchin TV right now, the girls on that AXE commercial where the guy imagines them all in their bras and panties are so fucking hot****. Yeah, so that class really sucks. Also, we have been dissecting a cadaver, a 90 year old woman who died of brain cancer I think.... the smell of formaldehyde lingers with you for a couple days.
Tropical Storm Fay is tryna tomorrow... Dont know how that is gonna turn out. All the area schools are closed (elementary, middle, high school). I still have class though. I really hope it like shits all over the place... its gonna be sweet.
Per finally called me today about the subletters and tryna clean the apartment. I was quite surprised that he did everything he was supposed to do... Mad props Per... us 711 boys appreciate it. I hated those people.
Lastly, our big TV broke. My friend (whom I sold it to) messaged me on facebook and said that it wasnt tryna turn on. I feel really bad cuz he gave me 500 dollars for it and it broke after like a little more than a month. I told him that I will split the cost of it getting fixed.
Oh, did anyone see Pineapple Express??- I was really disappointed... I thought it would have been a lot better. There were a few really funny parts, but overall it wasnt as good as i thought it would be. Janelle liked it though (but she has a bad sense of humor).
Dave- I am so fucking jealous you get to play at Pebble Beach
Raven- I hope your cross country trip is going good. Keep us posted where you are at and the adventures and shit.... I like readin all that.
