Extreme Home Makeover: Garage Edition

A garage in pacific grove, CA - OK here's the scoop. As the Coreys know the house am living in is pretty small and since I was the last to get into the house, I had to share the smallest room. The room was probably half the size of our 804 room (maybe smaller). Bottom line is I had no room for any of my shit. I probably could have handled the cramped quarters if I had a good roomate, but as luck would have it I did not. This kid is one of the most annoying people I have met, hes probably 5'1'' and he smokes cigs like a chimney(he's got a super raspy annoying voice). And i have never heard him say anything funny or interesting (he laughs at the stupidest shit). Example, we were watching Lars and the real girl (some terrible movie about a guy who buys a blowup doll and makes it his girlfriend) no one is laughing at anything because the movie sucks, there were a few chuckles here and there but not really funny. This kid is laughing so obnoxiously i just wanted to smother him with a pillow. That and the fact that he talks like crazy in his sleep and may have jerked off while I was trying to sleep (can't be sure but i don't want to know and am over it at this point) finally drove me out. As many of you know I am fairly easy to live with, so you can imagine how bad this kid must be. Anyway we open up the garage one day and its pretty much empty cept for some pieces of scrap wood and some paint, and its good sized (big enough for 2 cars). I half jokingly say "you could put a bedroom in here" Anyway me and this other kid in the house that I have become friends with decided it wasn't such a bad idea (his roommate apparently snores like a chainsaw). So we bought some carpet from home depot for like 100 bucks, we bought 2 pieces of plywood, nd some other supplies, total cost of about 150 bucks. We laid the carpet, put the plywood up and made a wall that juts halfway out from the back of the garage, then I put up a "curtain to box off my side of the room. So basically we both have our own room and we have a living area. We ran cable to a TV and the wireless internet reaches so we're set. We had a bug problem when we first moved in but have eradicated that with a few bug bombs and some perimeter treatment. So I live in a garage and have been sleeping so much better. I basically have everything i need in the garage cept for a bathroom, we're getting a mini fridge soon and long term plans include a projector and possibly a ping pong table.
