LIVING ROOM, 711 PENN TOWER -- I am currently stealing wireless internet from somewhere and the connection is great. Today, I stopped by ARPM to see why we owed those extra fees. The shit that I owed was incorrect because they thought I was paying late but I was actually paying early. Okay, so you guys probably already know this but you've been paying incorrect rent for this lease term. It was $357.50, not $353.50. Also, for last August, we had to pay the new price but we all paid $323.75. I have the ledger but I don't feel like adding it up so just call ARPM 814-231-3333. Also, we owe $332.81 for Maintenance, which they will just take out of our security deposits. Give me a call if you have any questions; I have the ledger.

Furthermore, the sublettors are so fucking weird. I am in the living room and they've been in their room with the doors shut for the past 2 hours. The one dude, who shouldn't even be here, PER, is so quiet, like one of those weirdo serial killers. I tried to get him drunk last night but he was still really quiet. Also, that bird that lives on our balcony has really made him/herself at home by shitting everywhere.
