APARTMENT BILL

ARGENTINE RESIDENCE -- This post is only for the PT711 boys.  I just got a bill today from ARPM saying that we need to payup, did anyone else get it?  We owe $628 and I was confused so I broke it down.  I'll probably call you guys but just so it's clear and you can check my math:

183 - maintenance (maintenance fees + $35 holdover from before the bill begins [6/02/07] that I'm assuming is maintenance too)

130 - Louie's late fees (I think this is a mistake; they've confused your early rent checks as late rent checks for the last month, I would call them about it)

85 - Corey's late fees (the one fee is legit but I think the $60 one is the same mistake as Louie's)

98 - underpayed rent for Per, Corey, Skip (turns out Louie was right all along about the rent: $1430/4= $357.50)

135 - underpayed august rent (we all paid last school year's rent amount for this school year's 1/2 augusts: 1430-(323.75 x 4)= $135 owed

So if my calculations are correct then everyone owes:

Per - 104

Louie - 209

Skip - 104

Corey - 189
